Georgetown RAMMYS Award Winners

Last week several of our Georgetown BID team members attended the 44th annual RAMMYS Awards & Gala, produced by the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington, to cheer on all the Georgetown nominees.

We want to extend our congratulations to the big Georgetown winners of the night, including: Matt Conroy and Isabel Coss, The Popal Group / Lutèce (Chef of the Year); Andy’s Pizza (Fast Casual Restaurant of the Year); and Pizzeria Paradiso (Beer Program of the Year, pictured above).

This year La Chaumière also received an Honorary Milestone Award for celebrating 50(!) years of service.

Our restaurant scene is at the top of its game, and we have so many talented chefs and culinary programs — including those recognized at the RAMMYS — to thank for that!
