New Dancing on the Waterfront Schedule

There is only one month left to enjoy (or fumble your way through) our Dancing on the Waterfront summer series in Georgetown Waterfront Park! Join us on Tuesday, July 14 from 6 pm – 9 pm for Latin and African dancing, followed by square dancing on July 21, line dancing on July 28, and a yet-to-be-announced dance style on August 4. (A shift from our original line-up!) The event is free and all skill levels are welcome.

If you want to try your hand — or rather feet — at reeling (Scottish country dancing), head to Tudor Place on July 14 from 5:30 pm – 7 pm. Learn this fast-paced form of dancing involving coordinated, gliding figures and side-to-side steps to lively music, all outside in their beautiful garden.
