Unlock the healing power of creativity in this inspiring and deeply reflective workshop. Neurographic art is a unique practice that combines mindfulness, self-expression, and artistic exploration to help transform thoughts, emotions, and limiting patterns into new possibilities.

No artistic experience is required. Through guided exercises and creative techniques, you’ll learn how to use line, shape, and color as tools for self-discovery, stress reduction, and personal growth. As your artwork evolves, you’ll be invited to reflect on intentions, challenges, and opportunities for transformation in a supportive and judgment-free environment.

Participants often leave feeling lighter, more inspired, and surprised by the insights that emerge through the creative process. You’ll also take home a meaningful piece of artwork that serves as a visual reminder of your journey.

This class is to train your eye by exploring the relationship between two-dimensional and three-dimensional design. Participants will begin with collage, focusing on composition, color, balance, and visual rhythm, then gradually transform their ideas into three-dimensional assemblages that emphasize layering, depth, texture, and volume.

Through a process of experimentation and creative problem-solving, students will develop a stronger understanding of design principles while working with a variety of materials. The workshop culminates in the creation of wearable art, as participants translate their designs into unique earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.

Have you ever wondered how and why the impressionist painted the way they did? Would you like to learn to paint like an impressionist yourself? Around the turn of the 20th century, there were dramatic changes in the art world. Where previous generations of artists once favored rigid techniques and spending thousands of hours in studios glazing hundreds of layers of paint, now artists aspired to create more immediate paintings and tried to more directly capture the world they saw.

This class, meant for students at all skill levels, will start from the ground up teaching students how to mix colors like the impressionists and introduce students to various techniques that evolved in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

All supplies are included with the class as students will be encouraged to try out different paints, brushes, and other painting materials throughout the class.

Week 1: Basics of composition

Week 2: Blending Color

Week 3: Breaking down paintings into achievable steps

Week 4: Finishing Painting!
